Terms and Conditions

Payments and Financial Conditions:

Unless otherwise specified, all invoices are due and payable, in United States currency, 30 days from the date of invoice. Precision Sclero accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. In the event payment is not received when due, Precision Sclero may, at its discretion, assess late fees at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. Precision Sclero shall have the right to cancel, refuse, or delay shipment for failure of Buyer to promptly meet payments due to Precision Sclero. If legal action is required for collection, the Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including without limitation costs, fees, and attorneys’ fees.

Warranty Information:

Precision Sclero warrants that the products sold will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the following period of time:

Surgical Instruments: Aesculap Instruments will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer.

Phlebectomy Hooks: Five (5) years for the Mueller Hooks and Varady Hooks.

Phantoms: Ninety (90) days.

Notice of Warranty Claim: If at any time during the applicable Warranty Period, the Customer believes that the product does not comply with any of the Warranties, the Customer shall promptly notify Precision Sclero of a Warranty Claim. If the Customer does not provide notice of Warranty Claim within the Warranty Period, the Customer shall not have any right to claim that the product does not comply with the Warranties. The Customer shall inspect the product promptly after delivery to the Customer and promptly notify Precision Sclero of any alleged breach of any Warranties or any errors relating to the delivery of the product.

Repairs and Replacements: If within the applicable warranty period the Customer notifies Precision Sclero that any product does not comply with any of the warranties (not caused by misuse or abuse), the Customer shall not return product to Precision Sclero without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from Precision Sclero. If the customer fails to follow all of Precision Sclero’s return instructions, including the packaging of the product, the product will not be covered by this warranty.

Returns:

All returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery date and are subject to a restocking fee. No more than 25% may be charged dependent upon the circumstances of the return. All returned product must be in original packaging and in new, resalable condition. A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained from Precision Sclero. Credit will not be issued for the product returned without a valid RA. An RA must be clearly marked on the shipping box. No restocking fee will be charged for defective product, properly noted damaged product, and returns that are the result of Seller error.
